Nvidia is gearing up to release the RTX 4060 Ti with 4,352 CUDA cores and a 220 W TGP if the newest leak from kopite7kimi is anything to go by. Moreover, the board is reportedly based on an AD106 Lovelace GPU.
Nvidia is expected to unveil more RTX 40 cards in the coming months. In addition to the RTX 40 mobile GPUs that are on the horizon, we will likely get the RTX 4070 Ti in January 2023. While we aren’t certain about the release dates for midrange boards like the RTX 4070 and the RTX 4060 Ti, one can expect the cards to debut after the RTX 4070 Ti. ardware leaker kopite7kimi has now shared preliminary specs for the RTX 4060 Ti.
Per the leaker, the RTX 4060 Ti will be based on the AD106-350-A1 GPU with a reference board that kopite describes as “very short”. The GPU will reportedly have 4,352 CUDA cores, 8 GB of GDDR6 memory running at 18 Gbps, and 32 MB of L2 cache. The card could have a TGP of 220 W for which Nvidia could, once again, use the divisive 12VHPWR 16-pin connector.
Based on previous leaks, the RTX 4060 Ti appears to have a 128-bit wide bus for a total bandwidth of 288 GB/s. The bus width and bandwidth, if true, would be a massive step backward from the RTX 3060 Ti, as the Ampere board has a 50% wider 256-bit bus and a considerably higher 448 GB/s memory bandwidth.
As we’ve just witnessed with the RTX 4080 12 GB, Nvidia can make drastic changes to their products last minute. So, you shouldn’t take the leaked specifications of a GPU this far out as final.

RTX 4060 Ti has a very short reference board. The PG190 still uses CEM5 connector.
