Lawsuit takes aim at Nevada's public option health insurance program



The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Nevada’s First Judicial District Court docket in Carson Metropolis, costs that Senate Invoice 420, handed into legislation through the 2021 legislative session, violates three provisions within the Nevada Structure.
