England head coach Sarina Wiegman has named her 24-woman squad for the upcoming Euro 2025 qualifiers this summer.
The Lionesses will continue their title defence against France at St James’ Park on 31 May before also taking on the Republic of Ireland and Sweden in June.

Millie Bright – who captained her country at the World Cup – has been recalled despite missing five months of the Women’s Super League campaign through injury.
Chelsea team-mate Aggie Beever-Jones has also earned another call-up after being included in the squad against Austria in February and she will be hoping to earn her first cap this time around.

Alongside the 24 Lionesses, Wiegman has named a standby list. Liverpool’s Missy Bo Kearns, Manchester United’s Maya le Tissier, Southampton’s Kayla Rendell and Tottenham’s Jess Naz all feature in case of any late withdrawals.
England currently sit second in their qualifying group, before France. They drew with Sweden last month before beating the Republic of Ireland and will be hoping to come away with maximum points at the end of the summer fixtures.
Speaking after the announcement, Wiegman said: “After an intense season, we wanted to give the players clarity and help them to prepare in the best possible way, with the balance of performance and welfare as a priority.
“We have had good conversations with the clubs, and we are grateful for their cooperation and support in helping the players to be fresh, fit and ready for two international matches on the highest level.
